The HydraCure® Amorphous Hydrogel Dressing is a colorless, transparent gel designed to facilitate the wound healing process by maintaining a moist environment and promoting autolytic debridement.

Key Features:

Excellent Adhesion and Absorbency: The gel adheres well to the wound bed and absorbs excessive exudate, reducing healing time.
Non-Adherent to Wounds: It does not cause secondary damage upon removal, minimizing pain and trauma.
Convenient Application: Suitable for local application and effective in relieving pain.
Hydration of Necrotic Tissue: Gently rehydrates necrotic tissue, facilitating autolytic debridement.

Mechanism of Action:

The gel maintains a moist wound environment by releasing moisture and absorbing exudate, which is conducive to wound healing. Its crystal-clear transparency allows for easy visualization of the wound status.

Indications:

HydraCure® Amorphous Hydrogel Dressing is indicated for:

Rehydrating necrotic tissue and facilitating autolytic debridement.
Managing various wound types, including:
- Venous ulcers (leg ulcers)
- Bedsores
- Diabetic foot ulcers
- Cavity or sinus wounds
- 1st and 2nd-degree burns

Contraindications:

For external use only.
Not suitable for 3rd-degree burns.
Wound surface may appear larger after debridement; this is normal.
Can be used on infected wounds with appropriate anti-infection therapy under medical supervision.
For wounds caused by blood-supply deficiency or diabetic foot ulcers, use under medical supervision and monitor blood circulation around the wound daily.
Remove before radiation treatments, including X-rays, ultrasound, thermotherapy, and microwave therapy.
No adverse stimulation reported in clinical tests.
Consult a doctor if hypersensitivity to the product is suspected.
Do not leave a single product on the wound for more than 7 days; continuous use should not exceed 30 days.

Instructions for Use:

1. Clean the wound area as per standard medical procedures.

2. Apply the gel directly to the wound bed, ensuring full coverage.

3. Cover with an appropriate secondary dressing to secure the gel and maintain a moist environment.

4. Change the dressing as recommended by healthcare professionals or when it becomes saturated.
