Mechanism of Action:

CuraFoam+™ AG Dressing creates a controlled wound environment that helps isolate the wound from external contaminants while supporting the stability of the surrounding skin. This controlled environment allows the body’s natural healing processes to progress more efficiently by maintaining consistent conditions at the wound site.

Indications:

CuraFoam+™ Antibacterial Foam Dressing is intended for the management of wounds, including:

  • Pressure ulcers
  • Diabetic ulcers
  • Venous/arterial leg ulcers
  • Post-surgical wounds
  • Donor sites
  • Skin abrasions

Contraindications:

  • Do not use if patient has known silver sensitivity

Instructions for Use:

1. Clean the wound area as per standard medical procedures.

2. Select the appropriate size of the dressing to cover the wound adequately.

3. Secure the CuraFoam+™ dressing with a secondary dressing.

4. Dressing change frequency will depend on patient condition and the level of exudate. But no longer than 7 days in place.

6. Gently remove the secondary dressing. If the wound appears dry, saturate the dressing with sterile saline water prior to removal.
