These SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) govern the text messaging program offered by MD DME, LLC (“MD DME,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms.
Program description
MD DME sends transactional, service-related text messages to patients and customers in connection with their orders and care. Messages may include delivery confirmations, requests to confirm receipt of delivered supplies, wound-photo reminders, and order or account notifications. This is not a marketing program.
Opt-in and consent
You opt in by providing your mobile phone number to MD DME and agreeing to receive text messages — for example, when you place or confirm an order or during intake. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your orders and delivery activity.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. MD DME does not charge for the messages, but your carrier’s standard rates apply.
How to opt out
You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and then stop sending text messages, unless you opt in again. You may continue to receive messages for a short period while your request is processed.

Supported carriers and carrier disclaimer
Supported carriers include major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors that support our services (such as a messaging provider that delivers the texts on our behalf) solely to operate the program. Eligibility
The SMS program is available to individuals in the United States who are 18 years of age or older and who are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
Changes to these SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and the “Effective date” above will be updated.
