Mechanism of Action:

PostSil™ Dressing utilizes a soft silicone contact layer that gently adheres to the surrounding skin while allowing exudate to pass through to the absorbent core. The inner absorbent layers capture and distribute fluid, helping maintain a balanced moist environment and reducing the risk of maceration. The outer waterproof film layer acts as a protective barrier against external contaminants while allowing the dressing to remain breathable.
