CollaHeal AG™ Collagen Wound Dressing is intended for the management of wounds, including:
- Pressure ulcers
- Diabetic ulcers
- Venous/arterial leg ulcers
- Post-surgical wounds
- Donor sites
- Skin abrasions
- Burns (1st and 2nd degree)
Contraindications:
- Patients with known sensitivity to silver
- Do not use on patients with sensitivity to bovine collagen
Instructions for Use:
1. Clean the wound area as per standard medical procedures.
2. Select the appropriate size of the dressing to cover the wound adequately.
3. Apply the dressing to the wound, ensuring full contact with the wound bed.
4. Secure the collagen pad in place with secondary dressing.
5. Change the dressing as recommended by healthcare professionals or when it becomes saturated.
